At Triplet Opis, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our Return Policy is designed to provide peace of mind by allowing returns under specific conditions. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Customers are eligible to return their feng shui stones within 14 days of receiving the order. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
  2. Conditions for Returns:

    • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, certificates, and accessories intact. Any signs of use, damage, or alterations made to the product will void the return eligibility.
    • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented with the return request.
    • Customized or personalized feng shui stones, which have been altered or engraved upon the customer’s request, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via the contact information provided on our website within the 14-day return window. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed with returning the product. The RAN must be clearly marked on the return package.
  3. Packaging and Shipping the Return:

    • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
    • The return package must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping method and to retain proof of shipment until the return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    • If the product is being returned due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), Triplet Opis will cover the return shipping costs. A pre-paid shipping label may be provided for your convenience.
  • Change of Mind or Other Reasons:
    • For returns that are not due to defects or errors (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 7 business days.
    • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
  2. Refund Issuance:

    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • Shipping fees (both initial and return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error by Triplet Opis.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired product. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including. Customized or engraved feng shui stones.
    • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
    • Any item not in its original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We may request photos or videos of the defect to expedite the return or replacement process.

Final Sale Items:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
